COS Capital held insurance capital investment strategy conference 2019 in Beijing

On January 17, 2019, COS Capital held insurance capital investment strategy conference 2019 at the Grand Millennium Hotel in Beijing. Over 40 guests from Sunshine Asset Management, Zhongying Yili Asset Management, China Insurance Company and other insurance investors attended the conference.

Mr. Tao Wu (president of COS Capital) made the opening speech. Mr. Tianchen Chen (managing director and head of real estate research in Tianfeng Securities), Ms. Yunyi Shen (deputy manager of asset securitization in Tianfeng Securities) and Mr. Zhiming Wang (executive director and co-head of Realong in COS Capital) also provided some insights on commercial property investment strategy on current real estate cycles, commercial property public REITs and Pre-REITs investment opportunities.

These experts concluded that current real estate market is stepping into a new era with many emerging commercial property investment opportunities but large differences on the price recognition. As interest rates are in a down trend, it is advised to enhance M&A allocation and hold properties for medium-to-long term.
