The Product and Capital Raising Sector is responsible for COS Capital’s product design, fund raising, project financing and business development based on productization strategy. The Sector also ensures the capital and income balance of the established funds. The Sector has already developed cooperation with multiple clients, including the ‘Big Four’ AMCs, local asset management companies, state-owned enterprises, domestic insurance companies and overseas capital. We’re devoted ourselves into the resources of diversified institutional investors, establish close relationships with online and offline investors of banks and non-bank financial institutions.

The supply chain finance sector focuses on domestic first-tier core enterprises, providing financing services to quality customers in the supply chain network, relying on standardized products and Fintech information systems to empower the real estate ecosystem. The management team have solid investment and management experience in the real estate financing market and is able to provide products of stable return and high liquidity.So far, we have successfully raised capital for 8 funds and the fund IX is about to launch.
