  • COS-Portman US Real Estate Fund I - Charlotte office development

    A 126 million USD office development project adjacent to the Westin Hotel in the CBD of Charlotte, NC. The project officially opened in May 2017 and was successfully sold in June 2018 at a record price per square foot in Charlotte, with a project level IRR upon exit of more than 40%.

    The luxury 400-room full-service InterContinental Hotel commenced construction in May 2016 and opened on September 13, 2018.

  • Aon Center, Chicago

    Aon Center is a well-known landmark office tower located in the heart of the East Loop section of downtown Chicago, one of the city’s fastest growing and most dynamic neighborhoods. It is adjacent to Lake Michigan and Millennium Park. There are opportunities to add significant value through enhancing the ground floor retail and adding an observatory which overlooks all of Chicago, which is expected to achieve a strong value-add investment return.

  • CODA Midtown, Atlanta

    This development project is located in Technology Square, which includes academic buildings for Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and diverse food and service retailers and provides access to the university campus. The building was more than 60% leased up six months prior to construction began, which significantly lowered the investment risk. Construction was completed and the first tenants moved in during the first quarter of 2019 and opened for business in May.
