COS Capital, established in Shenzhen Qianhai in February 2014 and headquartered in Beijing, was founded by a group of seasoned global real estate investment professionals together with China Orient Asset Management (International) (COAMI) and Sunshine Insurance. It is one of the first private fund managers to be registered with the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association and is also a joint member of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China.

COS Capital was originally engaged in real estate investment and asset management. Its business has expanded to become an alternative asset investment and management platform covering special opportunities, digitalization, healthcare, supply chain finance and international business, etc. By the end of December 2023, the company’s cumulative AUM totaled RMB 100 billion.
