Xingfumanting is the first project of Languang BRC opened at the beginning of 2019. The project is located at the junction of Xi’an Road and Chengguan Road, covering an area of 87,333 m2. It is adjacent to Metro Line 2 and Xipu High Speed Railway Station. Xingfumanting is the first standardized complex product in the region, including high-rise residential buildings, stylish SOHOs and high-end shopping centers.

COCO International is the fifth project of BRC COCO Series in Chengdu and the first one in the north of the city. The project sits by the side of the Seaside Park in Jingzhudong Road, North 2.5th Ring Road of Chengdu and covers an area of 76,667 m2. It raises the product standard among the BRC COCO Series and the living quality in the north of Chengdu, with comprehensive facilities including parks, subway accessibility, malls and schools.

COCO Jinsha is the master work of Urban Apartment Series. The project becomes the best-seller because of the creative design that can divide small space, even as small as 56 m², into a three-rooms apartment. The project is on the IT Avenue, a main road in the west of the city and close to Qingshui River and Metro Line 4, covering an area of 28,667 m2 which includes 5 Art-Deco style buildings, a 7000 m2 shopping center and a 300 m river sight.

The project is located in Wukuaishi, a traditional business area near North 2nd Ring Road of the city. Total GFA is 121,000 m2 including community retails, SOHO service apartments, underground retails and parking lots. 

The project is located in Danzishi of Nanan District, a strategic focus of the local government’s plan. Total GFA is around 100,000 m2 including residential and commercial segments.

The project is on Babin Road in Banan District, 10-minute drive to Lijiatuo and Longzhouwan business districts, and 15-minute drive to Dadukou business district. Benefited from the strategic focus of the urban planning , the project is located in the core area of the north of Longzhou business district, covering an area of 230,000 m2 including high-end residential, riverside commercial and office segments.

The project is located in Huangcun Town, Daxing District, near to the Hezhuang Metro Station. It sits on the west of Beijing-Kaifeng Expressway which provides excellent accessibility to other satellite cities, and on the east of the Niantan Park which can enjoy the natural landscape in urban area. The total GFA is 270,000 m2 , covering an area of 48,000 m2.

The project is located on 88 Yangchenghu Avenue within Suzhou Industrial Zone and by the side of Yangcheng Lake, which is 13 kilometers to Suzhou downtown. The metro station at the entry of the park is under construction and is expected to complete in 2021. The Total GFA is 260,000 m2 includes 126,000 m2 of Movie World theme park and 135,000 m2 of villas and hotels.

The project is located in the core area of Yuhua District, close to the local Government and its affiliated residential neighborhood. The project is one of the largest complexes in Shijiazhuang, with total GFA of around 3,500,000 m2, including high-end residential, shopping center, high-street shops and boutique office segments.
