The project is located in Danzishi of Nanan District, a strategic focus of the local government’s plan. Total GFA is around 100,000 m2 including residential and commercial segments.

The project is on Babin Road in Banan District, 10-minute drive to Lijiatuo and Longzhouwan business districts, and 15-minute drive to Dadukou business district. Benefited from the strategic focus of the urban planning , the project is located in the core area of the north of Longzhou business district, covering an area of 230,000 m2 including high-end residential, riverside commercial and office segments.

The project is located in Huangcun Town, Daxing District, near to the Hezhuang Metro Station. It sits on the west of Beijing-Kaifeng Expressway which provides excellent accessibility to other satellite cities, and on the east of the Niantan Park which can enjoy the natural landscape in urban area. The total GFA is 270,000 m2 , covering an area of 48,000 m2.

The project is located on 88 Yangchenghu Avenue within Suzhou Industrial Zone and by the side of Yangcheng Lake, which is 13 kilometers to Suzhou downtown. The metro station at the entry of the park is under construction and is expected to complete in 2021. The Total GFA is 260,000 m2 includes 126,000 m2 of Movie World theme park and 135,000 m2 of villas and hotels.

The project is located in the core area of Yuhua District, close to the local Government and its affiliated residential neighborhood. The project is one of the largest complexes in Shijiazhuang, with total GFA of around 3,500,000 m2, including high-end residential, shopping center, high-street shops and boutique office segments.

The project is located in the north of Songshanhu District, with 7 kilometers to Songshan Lake, 18.8 kilometers to Dongguan Government and 41.6 kilometers to Shenzhen Baoan International Airport. Total GFA is 244,000 m2 including high-rise residential buildings, offices (loft), community retails and parking lots.

The project is located on Aixihubei Road in Nanchang High-tech Development Zone, facing the north gate of Aixi Lake Wetland Park. It has direct access to Metro Line 4 and is linked by two main streets of the city. The complex covers an area of 180,000 m2 and total GFA is 820,000 m2 including commercial, residential and office segments.

The project is located at the intersection of Yangtze River and Jialing River where Chaotianmen Wharf sits on the other side of the river. The buildings are built along the Yangtze River and back to Nan Mountain. It stands at the center of Chongqing new CBD where it can enjoy the beautiful landscape from the two great rivers converging. The project covers total area of 432,000 m2 and the total GFA is 1,510,000 m2.

The project is located in the core area of Mingfa Plaza in Luyang District, with great traffic accessibility and comprehensive supporting facilities. The complex has a total area of 76,000 m2 and total GFA of 230,000 m2 including high-rise residential buildings, villas, service apartments, retails etc.
