Shenzhen Wandong Commerical Management Company, a platform focusing on community retail was co-established by COS Capital and SCPG

COS Capital and SCPG signed a Joint Venture Agreement in December 2017 to co-establish Shenzhen Wandong Commerical Management Company, a platform focusing on community retail. On March 15, 2018, the platform completed its business registration.

The two parties will utilize Wandong platform to invest in community retail properties and build up a unique brand with investment, management and exit capabilities.
