On May 19, 2017, Yue Life Growth Fund I was launched. Fund investors were China Orient - AC Real Estate Equity Fund and China Orient Venture Capital Investment Company. The fund was the first flagship fund product between COS Capital and insurance company. The fund focused on retail, office, cultural industry, child education and healthcare with steady growth and controllable risks. The fund devoted to holding properties investment in terms of renovation, operation and exit to bring stable return for insurance investors.
