COS Capital and KKR jointly held a special opportunities investment strategy conference of 2017 in Shenzhen

On March 30, 2017, COS Capital and KKR jointly held a special opportunities investment strategy conference in Shenzhen. 70 guests from COAMC's branches, subsidiaries and platform companies, KKR, banks, trust, asset management and real estate companies attended the conference.

KKR Investment Group is one of the oldest and most experienced global private equity investment institutions, with far-reaching influence around the world. With the strong support of COAMC, COAMI and COS Capital introduced well-known foreign institutions, and reached strategic cooperation with KKR at the end of 2015. They established a joint venture platform for special opportunity investment, and the Greater China Special Opportunity Fund. The joint venture platform is based on the main business of non-performing assets of COAMC Assets, closely combining the unique capabilities and advantages of all parties, aiming to seize the emerging market opportunities and special acquisition opportunities, and invest in non-performing asset claims or real estate targets with price advantages.

The conference was held by Mr. Feng Han (director of special opportunities fund). Mr. James Weinstein (director of KKR's global special opportunities), Mr. Wenyun Yang (director of Greater China). Mr. Hanxiang Yang (managing director of Greater China real estate investment) introduced KKR's investment strategy, business overview, global credit support and investment examples. Mr. Tao Wu (president of COS Capital) and Mr. Han also delivered speeches on this partnership.

In the afternoon round-table discussion, the leaders of COAMC and various branches conducted in-depth discussions on how the Special Opportunities Fund platform cooperated coordinated with its existing asset system, and why the cooperation integrated resources and achieved a win-win situation. During the conference, the guests showed strong interest in COS Capital, KKR Investment Group and special opportunity investment, and had a warm exchange and communication. At the same time, they hoped that all parties in the future could establish long-term friendly cooperative relations.
