COS Capital assisted OCT and CMSK to win the bid of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center

In order to win the bidding for CMSK and OCT in this tender, COS Capital actively helped integrate SMG and AMC’s operation proposal for the SWECC, and finally achieves excellent results in the technical tender, which leads to the final success.

SMG World is the world's leading professional venue manager, which manages 240 facilities and has 45,000 employees. Moreover, there are 75 exhibition centers with more than 1.5 million square meters first-class exhibition space under SMG’s management. Apart from exhibitions, SMG also hosted events such as sports events, concerts, conferences, tours, carnivals, trade fairs etc. Besides managing the largest Convention and Exhibition Center (McCormick Exhibition Center, more than 220,000 sqm) in U.S., SMG also hosted the G20 Summit, NATO Summit and the 19th APEC Economic Leaders Conference.

AMC, developed and operated by the Portman family in 1957, has a history of nearly 60 years. It is the first wholesale trading and Exhibition Center in the United States and plays an important role in the U.S. trade and exhibition business market. Located at the heart of Atlanta, AMC has a total construction area of nearly 700,000 square meters.
