COS Capital held mid-year investment strategy conference of 2016

On August 12, 2016, COS Capital held its mid-year investment strategy conference in Beijing. Over 120 guests from 60 institutions including banks, insurance, trust, asset management and real estate companies attended the conference.

The conference was hosted by Mr. Lijian Chen (CEO of COS Capital). Mr. Yiming Wang (deputy director of Development Research of the State Council) and Mr. Tianchen Chen (chief analyst of Essence Securities' real estate research team) delivered speeches on macroeconomic overview and real estate industry in China and received a warm response.

Later, the heads of various business lines from COS Capital made a detailed introduction and analysis of the existing US dollar products, RMB products and the European real estate market after the Brexit and the future non-performing asset market investment strategy. At the end of the conference, Mr. Tao Wu (President of COS Capital) thanked the guests and introduced the management structure of COS Capital its current main achievements and future business objectives, and hoped to establish long-term friendly cooperative relations with all parties in the future.

During the conference, the guests showed their strong interest in the existing products of COS Capital and had full communication with heads of business lines. At the same time, they also conducted in-depth discussions on the direction of future cooperation.
