COS Capital signed a cooperation framework agreeemnt with China Vanke in Beijing

On December 25, 2014, COS Capital signed a cooperation framework agreement with China Vanke in Beijing. Mr. Yongli Xu (assistant president of COAMC and chairman of COS Capital) and Mr. Daqing Mao (senior vice president of China Vanke) and Mr. Tao Wu (president of COS Capital) signed the agreement. Various senior executives of COAMC, COS Capital and China Vanke also attended the ceremony.

According to the agreement, COS Capital would acquire 5 community retail properties of China Vanke by acquiring property right and equity. COS Capital would also sign an asset management and agent operation agreement with China Vanke to manage these properties through a joint venture asset management company. The company would also explore in O2O, Internet finance and other innovative businesses. The two parties would leverage their advantages to build the first community retail fund in China.
