COAMC signed a strategic partnership agreement with Lufax in Shanghai

On December 23, 2014, China Orient Asset Management Company (COAMC) signed a strategic partnership agreement with Shanghai Lujiazui International Financial Asset Exchange (Lufax) in Shanghai.


Lufax is an online Internet finance marketplace founded by China Ping An Group in 2011. It is a leading financial asset exchange service provider in China. The corporation was arranged by COAMC funding and capital market departments. Based on the signatory of "Strategic Partnership Agreement", COAMI, COS Capital and Lufax have agreed that the co-investment amount is 2 billion RMB.


According to the agreement, the parties will cooperate in asset sales, asset management, credit enhancement, capital circulation, entrust NPLs, NPLs disposition and securitization, aiming to achieve mutual benefit and win-win development. Mr. Yongli Xu (assistant president of COAMC) and Mr. Gregory D. Gibb (chairman of Lufax) attended the signing ceremony.


Mr. Tao Wu (president of COS Capital) and representatives from various institutions also attended the ceremony.
