On March 28, the China Orient Summit Capital (COS Capital) 2018 Investment Strategy Seminar was successfully held at the Millennium Hotel Beijing. The theme of the seminar was “New Trends, New Opportunities.” More than 200 guests from 100 financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, trusts, asset management companies, local AMCs and real estate companies) attended the seminar.

Mr. Lijian Chen, CEO of COS Capital, hosted the conference and delivered an opening speech. Afterwards, Mr. Tao Wu, President of COS Capital, introduced the company’s history, and shared his interpretation of recent global real estate development trends and policies.

In the morning keynote speeches, the senior executives of COS Capital shared 2018 domestic and international investment strategies and product lines; domestic non-standard financing business will focus on the acquisition of projects from top 50 domestic real estate developers and off-balance sheet business; at the same time, COS will seize opportunities for China non-performing asset investment, and leverage the operational capabilities of its own asset management team to carry out asset transformation and upgrades to create value. In addition, as the standard supply chain products resource complies with policy guidance, and thus becomes a new choice of capital for developers, the Realwin supply chain financing products provide financing services to high-quality upstream suppliers in the core enterprise ecosystem, and continue to empower the real estate ecosystem relying on the full value chain product standardization and big data information system. The overseas business will focus on issuing high-interest bonds in Hong Kong, and tap debt investment projects and seek quality investment opportunities for investors in Europe, the USA and Australia.

In the afternoon, our special guest, Mr. Yiming Wang, Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of the State Council, gave an in-depth analysis of the current macro economy and real estate market. Afterwards, the guests had a round-table discussion on the strategies of special opportunities and NPL investment, international business, M&A, supply chain business and asset securitization.

The meeting provided an interactive opportunity for the audience to understand the current market situation and developing trends. We believe COS Capital and the participants will be able to seize the opportunities in the new market situation, effectively utilizing market resources, working closely and eventually achieving a win-win result.
