COS Capital Attended ASK Summit 2019

On October 23rd , 2019, Mr. Lijian Chen, Senior Executive President of COS Capital and Mr. Zhuo Zhang, Managing Director of COS Capital attended the ASK Summit held in Conrad Hotel, Seoul. The summit was hosted by Korea Economic Daily, one of the most influential financial media in Korea. COS Capital was invited to attend this year’s Real Estate & Infrastructure Conference as sponsor.


The event attracted more than 100 attendees from over 30 international institutions this year. Mr. Ki Woong Kim, CEO of Korea Economic Daily, gave an opening speech to all attendees. The conference was conducted in the form of guest speech and panel discussion, speakers including Korean sovereign wealth fund - Korea Investment Corporation (KIC), Korean pension fund - National Pension Service (NPS) and international institutional investors such as Invesco Real Estate, Nuveen and ARES Management. Mr. Lijian Chen delivered a keynote speech on the topic of Assessing Real Estate Investment Opportunities in China, thoroughly explaining China’s economy, real estate market as well as potential investment opportunities. Since the inception of ASK Summit, COS Capital was the first Chinese institution to promote real estate investment opportunities in China and received positive feedback and arouse strong interest from Korean investors.
