COS-Capital is granted Type 1, 4 and 9 licenses in Hong Kong

On February 24th, 2020, COS-Capital is licensed by The Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) to carry out Type 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities to engage in dealing in securities, advising on securities and providing asset management services in Hong Kong. The licensed company, COS-Capital Hong Kong International Co. limited, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Orient summit Capital International Co. Ltd. ("COSCI ").

Those three types of financial activities require higher standards on shareholders, competence, senior management, responsible officers and financial status of the applicant company. The grant of these three licenses means the recognition of the SFC to COS-Capital, and the beginning of carrying out regulated activities in Hong Kong capital market.

Since the founding of COS-Capital six years ago, it has been adhering to professional and standardized operation, and has become a professional asset management company with multiple qualifications including private equity fund manager, factoring agent, Hong Kong Type 1, 4 and 9 license and QFLP license etc.
