Agent development project Orient Tianlanhui in Haikou completed marketing and sales

Orient Tianlanhui is located at the junction of Binhai Avenue and Shimao North Road in Longhua District in Haikou, Hainan Province. It enjoys the Haikou Bay core area and 3.8 kilometers of coast line with a land area of 300,000 sqm. The products include sea-view houses, 3-storey independent sea restaurants and underground parking lots. The project was sealed in 2011 due to debt disputes, the biggest troubled development in Haikou. In 2016, COAMC Haikou branch acquired the right through foreclosure in 2016 and entrusted COS Capital to develop and manage the project.

The project started marketing on March 9, 2017. Until August 31, 2017, 348 units were put on sale and 313 were subscribed by buyers, with total GFA of 53,068.65 sqm and amount of 1.02 billon RMB, a subscription rate over 90%. Contracts of 268 units have been made with total GFA of 45,194.34 sqm and amount of 840 million RMB. The project has become a landmark in Haikou and a benchmark in local real estate market.
