COS Capital signed a strategic partnerhsip agreement with Jingrui Holdings

acquisition, equity investment, shantytown redevelopment and etc. The three parties could also launch a series of funds to invest in urban renewal, equity merger and NPLs acquisition based on the success of the first fund.

Mr. Hao Yan (executive director, co-chairman and CEO of Jingrui Holdings) pointed out that the partnership is more than a simple combination of real estate and finance, it marks a brand new hybrid model of real estate + finance, which would create great synergy between different institutions. This partnership started an innovative property management business model, turning to asset-light strategy while lowering risks at the same time. Under the new model, Jingrui transforms from a single developer to asset manager, leveraging on its professions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity and mitigate investment risks.

With the combination of Jingrui's real estate resources and COAMI's financial strength, the three parties would co-establish a new asset management platform of "real estate + finance" to attract more opportunities.

Apart from the joint fund, COAMI is also interested in becoming Jingrui's strategic investor in the future. This would largely widen Jingrui's  fund raising channels and provide Jingrui with abundant cash reserve and lower land acquisition & development costs. In turn, Jingrui could leverage on COAMI's financial strength to expand its businesses and projects.
