COS Capital signed a strategic partnership agreement with Languang BRC in investment and financing, with total amount of 5 billion RMB

COS Capital and Languang BRC signed a strategic partnership agreement in terms of real estate development, project financing and commercial property agent management.

According to the agreement, COS Capital would launch a real estate investment fund as the fund manager to invest in projects approved by both parties. The fund would flexibly apply debt or equity to involve in primary land development, secondary land acquisition and construction and asset acquisition.

COS Capital planned to invest 5 billion RMB in Languang BRC's projects during 2015 and 2016.
