Real Estate Investment Strategy Forum & Opening Ceremony of COS Capital was held in Beijing

On March 28, 2014, Ms. Xin Li (Vice President of COAMC then) and Mr. Yongli Xu (Assistant President of COAMC then) attended the Real Estate Investment Strategy Forum & Opening Ceremony of COS Capital held in Beijing. Ms. Li delivered a speech on behalf of COAMC and Mr. Xu declared the establishment of COS Capital. Mr. Jiange Li (former chairman of CICC) was invited to deliver a speech on macroeconomic overview and policies. Mr. Tao Wu (president of COS Capital) also made a speech of introducing COS Capital and its investment strategies. Mr. Jiange Li (vice chairman of Central Huijin Investment Company and chairman of Shenyin Wanguo Securities), Mr. Peter Mitchell (CEO of APREA), Mr. Xu Wu (chairman of Sincere Property), Mr. Xiaodi Yi (chairman of Sunshine 100) and representatives of COAMC Beijing Branch attended the ceremony.

COS Capital was established in Shenzhen Qianhai with registered capital of RMB 100mn in February 2014. This asset management platform focuses on real estate investment and management. It is 80% held by China Orient Asset Management International (COAMI), and 20% by China Summit Capital. The establishment of COS Capital aims to implement the two-wheel drive strategy of "insurance + asset management" of COAMC, and further strengthen its real estate investment and asset management capabilities.
