The Real Estate Investment Allocation Strategy Forum and the Grand Opening Ceremony of China Orient Summit Capital was held in Beijing

On March 28th, Mrs. Xin Li, Vice President of China Orient Asset Management Company (COAMC) and Mr. Yongli Xu, Assistant President of COAMC, attended the Real Estate Investment Allocation Strategy Forum and the Opening Ceremony of China Orient Summit Capital (COS Capital) in Beijing. Mrs. Li addressed the forum on behalf of COAMC, and Mr. Xu announced the establishment of COS Capital. Mr. Jiange Li was invited to give a keynote speech on the current economy and government policy, and Mr. Tao Wu, President of COS Capital, introduced the newly created company and its investment strategy. Mr. Jiange Li, Vice Chairman of Central Huijin Investment and Chairman of Shenyin & Wanguo, Mr. Peter Mitchell, CEO of APREA, Mr. Xu Wu, Chairman of XieXin Real Estate, Mr. Xiaodi Yi, Chairman of Sunshine 100, and representatives from subsidiaries and branch offices of COAMC and other institutions were also invited to attend the forum.

COS Capital, focused on real estate investment and asset management, was established in Qianhai, Shenzhen in February 2014, with registered capital of 100 million RMB., 80% of the company is owned by China Orient Asset Management (International) Company (COAMCI), and 20% is owned by Summit Capital Co. Ltd. COS Capital aims to implement the “Insurance + Asset Management” strategy for COAMC, and to further strengthen COAMC’s investment and asset management capabilities in the real estate market.
