COAMC Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai Lufax

On December 23, COAMC signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Lujiazui International Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. (“Lufax”). Assistant President Xu Yongli and Lufax’s Chairman Ji Kuisheng signed the agreement and delivered remarks respectively.

According to the agreement, the two companies will cooperate on asset sales and management, credit enhancement, financing, entrustment and disposition of non-performing loans, and asset securitization, in order to share resources, capitalize on each other’s advantages, obtain mutual benefits and achieve win-wins as well as synergetic development.
